Ingredients:
Chicken breast...........1 LB
Kewpie mayo..............3 tbsp
Siracha..................1 tbsp
Sushi rice...............2 cups
Garlic chili sauce.......1/4 cup
Soy sauce................1/4 cup
Brow Sugar...............1/4 cup
Rice vinegar.............1 tbsp
Sesame seeds (optional)

Steps:

Start cooking sushi rice in rice cooker (2 Cups)

Dice chicken (1LB).

Mix Soy sauce (1/4 Cup), Brown Sugar (1/4 Cup), Garlic chili sauce (1/4 Cup), and rice vinegar (1 tbsp), and diced chicken.

Let sit for a few mintues then cook chicken in skillet until done.

Mix kewpie mayo with rice vinegar, soy sauce,siracha.

- rice vinegar: 1 tsp
- siracha: 1 tbsp
- soy sauce: 1 tbsp
- Combine rice, chicken, and top with kewpie mayo mix.
