Buffalo Chicken Cups

Ingredients
Shredded chicken.............. 12oz
Softened cream cheese......... 8oz
Ranch dressing................ 1/2 cup
Buffalo wing sauce............ 1/2 cup
Shredded cheddar cheese....... 1 cup
Wonton wrappers............... 24
Blue cheese crumbles.......... 1/2 cup
Steps
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees and spray muffin tins with cooking spray
- In a medium bowl, combine chicken, cream cheese, ranch, wing sauce and ¾ cup of cheddar cheese. You can soften the mixture in the microwave if needed to make it blend easier
- Layer your cups. Begin with a wonton wrapper and press it into bottom of muffin tin, spoon a tablespoon of the chicken mixture, top with another wonton wrapper and add another tablespoon of chicken, sprinkle with remaining cheddar cheese and a little blue cheese
- Bake for 18-20 mins or until edges are brown
- Let cool for 5 minutes. Loosen with a knife before removing from muffin pan
